Pricing FAQ
No. Core is £199 per practice, per month, and includes unlimited physical locations. Adding another clinic or practitioner does not change the Core subscription price.
We collect a payment method when the trial starts, but the first Core charge is made only after 14 days. Cancel before the trial ends and you will not be charged.
Core includes 5,000 paid-message credits each month for SMS segments and WhatsApp marketing-template sends. Email campaigns do not use these credits. Additional paid-message usage is billed separately.
The AI Assistant is £99/month. The Power Dialer is £49/month plus usage. Owners can enable or disable either add-on from Settings → Billing; changes apply immediately and are prorated on the next invoice.
On the Smileline-managed calling account, each active phone number is billed monthly and answered calls are billed per started minute of talk time. Unanswered calls cost nothing. Bring-your-own Telnyx accounts pay number and call charges directly to Telnyx.
No. Setup, data migration, onboarding and team training are included with Core.
Core and its add-ons renew monthly. You can cancel from Settings → Billing at any time, and access continues until the end of the current billing period.
